CYPROMEDICA TRADING LTD
is a family owned business and was established in 1989 as a
Pharmaceutical Agency with a product portfolio ranging from
dermatological creams, anti-inflammatories and antibiotics.
In 1991,
Cypromedica introduced the concept of reconditioned
medical equipment to the Private Healthcare Sector of Cyprus
and in 1993 opened the first Medical Showroom in Limassol-Cyprus,
where doctors and paramedical staff can purchase Medical
Equipment, Surgical Instruments, Medical Uniforms, Disposables
and other Health Care Products.
In December 1995
Cypromedica
organised a two day International Medical Equipment Exhibition
with exhibitors from U.S.A., U.K., France, Israel and Ireland,
at a prestigious venue in Limassol.
More than two hundred Medical
and Paramedical staff from Cyprus visited the exhibition which
was a great success.
At present,
Cypromedica
represents on an exclusive basis more than thirty International
Companies and employs two full time representatives with
paramedical background, two fully trained technicians and a
showroom assistant.
Target customers include both the Ministry
of Health Hospitals and the Private Healthcare Sector.
Cypromedica
is a Registered Supplier with the Ministry of
Health (Cyprus) and has been very successful in winning MoH
tenders to supply a range of medical equipment, surgical
instruments and disposable items.

Cypromedica

ISO 9001(2000) which is required
by the Ministry of Health for participation in any public
tenders for
Medical
Equipment.
Our
success has been achieved through hard work, professional
commitment to sales and top
quality products coupled with a fast and reliable technical
service and the continuous
support of our principals.
Another
addition to the activities of our group is the organisation of
Postgraduate Seminars, Conferences, Distributors Sales Meetings
and Medical Exhibitions, through our
subsidiary E.K. MEDICONGRESS.
Meetings such
as the Refresher Course in Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine
and the Postgraduate Symposium on Obstetrics and Gynaecology,
have been established as annual events and attract delegates
from Europe and the Middle East.
Other meetings
include: Study Days on Asthma, Seminars on Infection Control and
Sterilisation and the RCOG Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy Workshop
(levels II and
III).

SERVICES
was
established in 1999 and provides specialised medical services to
Cypriot patients at Hadassah University Hospital as well as
air –
ambulance transfer services using fully – equipped intensive
care planes.
